I love the features for resizing, use them every day. The font package is overpriced for 20 fonts but it sure saves me time! Please Janome update this app. It does hang up and/or crash frequently on my 2021 iPad Pro 256. I can’t imagine how bad for older iPads. There could be easier ways to combine images but I can live with that if you can just update it for us-please.

I bought the $12000 Memory Craft 15000v2 on Black Friday. They said this app was free to new owners. I tried using the code that was inside the box, but it does not work. I asked my dealer to help, and the company says they will contact me. They have not done so. I am hoping my dealer will stand by the machine because the manufacturer apparently does not. Color me disappointed.

This app no longer connects to Dropbox or any other export app. It will not export my embroidery files.

I have been watching YouTube videos to figure out how to use this app. When the ladies are telling you how wonderful the help tag is, I do just as they show and the app locks up. So now where does one go for help? I have spent more then $10,000.00 on Janome machines in the last month. I think the least Janome could do is update the app. It’s very sad to read reviews from 5 years ago begging for updates

Stay away from it . Purchased it for my mom, I am technician myself: to send the image via email ? Forget it , and please be prepare to send it through DropBox , you get lucky if you can send it the first time. My mom said she would not use it at all since it was difficult for me , it would be worse for her.

This app is outdated, slow, and not worth the $50. It could potentially be amazing, but mine crashes constantly!!! Please do something about this Janome. You’d think as amazing as my skyline is and as high as this app is, the app would be maintained.

I used to use this app frequently to move my designs between computer and machine using Dropbox. Now the app is no longer compatible with Dropbox?? Please fix soon. This app had such potential, but little is done to update it or provide training.

This is a wonderful program if it wouldn’t lock up every time you try to use it! Love the fact that you can put your files in and use a Rolodex to see them. Please update and fix it! I would TOTALLY love to use this program!

I love this app. Use it every single time I do embroidery on my 15000. Easiest way to import designs and then transfer them to my machine. Only thing I wish was included is a way to combine multiple designs in one hooping. - Keep the updates and new designs coming!

Please fix this app! It could be a good app. Let us get rid of designs we don’t want and make it stab so it doesn’t crash CONSTANTLY...PLEASE!

Works great! Use it every day. Cleans up stitches, change hoops, edits designs anyway you want, combines designs,works great with Dropbox. Love the “Fit to Hoop” button...what’s not to love. Works perfect every time. Made new categories to put my designs in. Also bought the extra LETTER module. Love it all!

This app is crap. It won’t send anything to my skyline. Don’t waste your money. I can’t believe a brand like this would release something so crappy and useless and actually put their name on it. I’ll pay for quality. Not shoddy work.

This app has so much potential as an easy way to save, view, and adjust embroidery for beginners in the machine embroidery world. Unfortunately it comes filled with useless garbage embroidery designs which take up tons of space, can't seem to be deleted, and make it inefficient to scroll and search through designs. The price of this app and the quality of my Janome skyline made me assume that it would be a much more professional app. A better system to view thumbnails and store in folders would make a huge difference. I am astounded that they have made no effort to improve this expensive app.

App will not download correctly and getting an error that it won’t connect to the server. Very frustrating when you pay $50 for an app that won’t work and thousands for a machine. Someone needs to take note.

When I try to install, I get an error msg that it can’t connect to the server. This has happened multiple times over the last few days. Not happy to have paid $50 for an app I can’t use (especially after spending thousands on a machine). 😡

There’s nothing on this app.. no designs and cannot bring in any designs from the dropbox. No support either. I wish I could give it zero stars.

This is a $50 store full of the ugliest most outdated designs I've ever seen. Nothing works. No support or tutorials.

Can’t transfer from Dropbox to AcuDesign

One of the reasons I got the s9 was so that I could connect over WiFi with my iPad Pro. This app doesn’t even see the sewing machine 75% of the time.

I use this app to get my designs from Dropbox to my Skyline S9. It has been working fine until the update to “fix” Dropbox. Now it crashes every time I try to access designs in Dropbox. The app indicates it has iCloud accessibility, but it won’t stay connected. There is virtually no support, within the app or on the website. Clicking on app support in the App Store takes you to tutorials on YouTube. I don’t need help on how to sew- I need help with this app! Now tonight I opened the app and was working with a file and suddenly all my downloaded files were gone! Everything I had customized is lost. Very frustrated!!!

I depend on this App to import designs from Dropbox to use on my machine. With the change in API from Dropbox, we desperately need an update to AcuDesign to enable this feature again.

This app has some great potential. In the future would love to see: 1. Link / import with google drive 2. Blank canvas 3. Ability to add multiple designs on one project without having to copy / paste. 4. Easier ways to add stitches (to fill gaps if needed) 5. Better organization of saved / purchased images. Maybe sizing option too. 6. Add skyline s9 to computer selection. 7. Viewable alphabet of purchased font package. Not horrible app, but for cost would expect developer to read comments and update program as needed.

It is a real shame that Janome does not offer better app support! So many problems with this app!!! Supposedly it was recently updated but now major problems getting it open and not crashing! It is a shame that Janome does not support the users as Bernina does!! Terrible since I have owned many Janome machines over the years, 15000 being the last machine I purchased but am seriously considering purchasing the Bernina which has better software and larger hoops. Really aggravated with the lack of support! I do not recommend Janome products any longer! All the ladies in my quilting and embroidery classes have questioned me about my purchase but I have been unable to express any enthusiasm over my purchase!! Also, I see there is now an App for instructional videos. I cannot trust that it is not the same caliber as the other lacking apps offered. I feel that for the money I spent, these apps should all be free to those that purchased this very expensive machine. Part of support for a product is providing instructional services so the users will be thrilled with the product! Janome has fallen short in this area!!

Love being able to edit my embroidery designs when I travel. I am really enjoying the cute new designs and the software works perfectly with my other designs stored in my Dropbox folders. Lettering has fun fonts and is easy to use.

Nothing new since Sept 2015. Janine is really missing out on an opportunity with this app. Yeah, there's other apps for the iPad but I wanted something I could use on my iPhone. Oh well.

I purchased this to use with my new Janome 500E, but they have not added the 500E hoop sizes. I think it's a good idea and hopefully they'll update it soon.

Updated my iPad to the latest version and now nothing shows in the screen when you tap on a design. The clothes line is there but it is empty. Frustrated with the lack of updates with Janome apps.

They won't fix the bugs! We were told the full version would be released which still has not happened, of the 500 designs about a 1/4 are useless as there is no lettering capabilities who wants to embroider logos and weird random words, There is no way to delete the preloaded designs so you have to weed through them forever. Still has buggy tendencies to crash. Still hopeful...that they will finish this app it has so much potential just not there.

Really.... All the designs in lettering useless without spending another 50 dollars to get the lettering app. Boo!

Don't buy this for the designs! They are the worst collection I've ever seen, as if they're from a cheap 50's coloring book. Someone must have selected all the designs that didn't sell on various sites to make this collection. Shame on you, Janome!

I can not get files to upload to Airstash. I have tried DrawingsSnap which is the same program basically and it works fine. AcuDesign still has bugs. Once these are fixed I think it will be a good program. Right now it's not worth the money.

I like being able to d/l designs to my iPad but still have to go into computer to send to flash drive. Also I like to have the PDF file for directions, which this doesn't give you. Not sure if it really saves any time. Maybe if you have a Janome machine that you can send designs through wifi

I hesitated buying this app but decided it would be worth the price for 500 designs especially if some of the designs were the ones displayed. Don't be fooled, the pretty butterflies are not part of the package. I haven't found the functionality of the editing to be very easy but I also haven't worked with it that much yet.
